All bracelets are manufactured in Mankato Minnesota. The bracelets come in two unique durable metal options; Stainless Steel or Sleek Black Coated Aluminum. The bracelets come with custom engraving; Which typically includes individuals name, officer number, department, End of Watch (EOW) date, and badge. Please include this information below with your application. 

Verification Requirements 

For verification reasons you may be asked to authenticate your employment status following your submission. All applications for bracelets are subject to current donation availability, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Funds run out quick so donation funds are extremely limited. Lastly, please provide a description of your request, the circumstances relating to your situation, and how you are related to the fallen members family. Applications need to be submitted by a governmental employee active or retired with valid governmental credentials. This will include members of Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and or Military. Your employment will be verified by a third party prior to application approval. Shields of Honor will only ship discounted or free bracelets to governmental buildings associated with the fallen officer’s department. Failure to comply with form submission requirements will lead to immediate disqualification of eligibility.
